From Friday Nights Live to the Midsummer Shakespeare Festival, our calendar is chock full of rousing events and annual festivals.
There’s something fun to do for everyone. The weekly Claremont Farmers and Artisans Market every Sunday is the largest of its kind in the region. For arts and crafts lovers, there’s the monthly First Saturday Art Walk and the Village Venture Arts & Crafts Faire in October.
Families flock to events such as Things That Go Bump in the Night at California Botanic Garden in October and Inland Pacific Ballet’s The Nutcracker in December. And nature enthusiasts can celebrate and discover the beauty of various native plants at the Annual Wild Flower Show and Festival in April and other botanic garden events.

Sustainable Claremont is excited to host our Annual Earth Day Celebration on First Street in the Claremont Village.
This year’s event is shaping up to be one of our biggest yet, as we partner with ActiveSGV and their 626 Golden Streets Heart of the Foothills event. Heart of the Foothills and our Earth Day Celebration will connect the cities of San Dimas, La Verne, Pomona, and Claremont over 6.5 miles of car-free streets. The event will feature 4 distinct activity hubs with live music and performances, family-friendly games, community and vendor booths, and more.
Sustainable Claremont will feature:
Exhibitor booths from 20 local sustainability organizations
Youth Bike Education Rodeo
Native plant & tree giveaways
Hands-on home composting workshops
Youth Activities
Tree walking tours
Urban foraging walking tours
